三、 管理层讨论与分析
    报告期内,公司董事会和经营层克服各种不利因素,顺利推进了已开工项目的开发,年
内完成了新梅共和城 3#-5#房的竣工交房,江阴新梅豪布斯卡项目在确保工程质量的前提下
已基本完成土建工程。在销售方面,公司基本完成了新梅共和城 3#-5#房剩余商业用房的销
售,江阴新梅豪布斯卡项目也于 10 月份开盘预售,年内实现销售面积 6113.4 平方米,合同

销售金额 7140 万元。公司全年实现营业收入 8190.46 万元,实现净利润 380.11 万元,同比
下降 85.2%。
